The world governments mostly work with the malevolent ETs (the bad guys)
so often the benevolent ETs (the good guys) are often taking positive
actions against our black ops programs and Draco run planet to help
mankind. So please don't be scared. The good ETs are taking out nuclear
fired weapons, destroying Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs), and
even blinking out covert technologies quite often, so we are getting
off-world help against our Draco rulers and Illuminati controlled
governments/military/secret space programs.
